How to measure

General

Bust Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your bust, without wearing a bra or anything padded.

Waist Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the narrowest part of your torso.

Hips Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the narrowest part of your torso.

Pants

Outseam Measurement: This is the length of the pants from the rise (where it sits on the waist), to the hem of the pants.

Inseam Measurement: This is the length of the pants from the crotch to the hem of the pants. This is generally the most accurate way of telling where the pants will sit on your legs (i.e. cropped, ankle length, etc.)

The Baire Pleated Crop Shirt is a cropped long sleeve shirt with pleat detail, cut for the office and the hours either side of it. It also comes in Blue and White, if you have a colour in mind.

Because it is cropped, it sits at the waistband rather than tucking in, so it reads best over something high-waisted. The pleating gives the shoulders a little room through the day. Roll the cuffs back for a softer line, or leave them down under a jacket.
