How to measure

General

Bust Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your bust, without wearing a bra or anything padded.

Waist Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the narrowest part of your torso.

Hips Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the narrowest part of your torso.

Pants

Outseam Measurement: This is the length of the pants from the rise (where it sits on the waist), to the hem of the pants.

Inseam Measurement: This is the length of the pants from the crotch to the hem of the pants. This is generally the most accurate way of telling where the pants will sit on your legs (i.e. cropped, ankle length, etc.)

The Collins Wool Short Coat is a short wool coat for cold mornings and the walk between the car park and the desk. It sits over work tailoring on weekdays and over jeans and a knit on the weekend.

The short length is the point. It stops above the hip, so it layers over slim and cropped pants without bunching, and over a suit jacket without adding bulk. Wear it open and loose over a dress, or closed and belted when the wind picks up. The same coat is also made in Black if you want the darker option.
