How to measure

General

Bust Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your bust, without wearing a bra or anything padded.

Waist Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the narrowest part of your torso.

Hips Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the narrowest part of your torso.

Pants

Outseam Measurement: This is the length of the pants from the rise (where it sits on the waist), to the hem of the pants.

Inseam Measurement: This is the length of the pants from the crotch to the hem of the pants. This is generally the most accurate way of telling where the pants will sit on your legs (i.e. cropped, ankle length, etc.)

The Femi Balloon Sleeve Cardigan is a cropped knit cardigan with long balloon sleeves, made to carry a work outfit through to dinner. It comes in ivory, black and peach orange, so there is a version for a plain suit and one for a weekend.

The sleeves are the point of it: full through the arm, gathered back in at the cuff. The body is cropped and relaxed, which means it sits above a high waistband rather than over the hip, and it layers under a blazer without crowding the shoulder. Wear it open over a tee, or closed as the top itself.
