How to measure

General

Bust Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your bust, without wearing a bra or anything padded.

Waist Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the narrowest part of your torso.

Hips Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the narrowest part of your torso.

Pants

Outseam Measurement: This is the length of the pants from the rise (where it sits on the waist), to the hem of the pants.

Inseam Measurement: This is the length of the pants from the crotch to the hem of the pants. This is generally the most accurate way of telling where the pants will sit on your legs (i.e. cropped, ankle length, etc.)

A long sleeve blouse with a chain-trimmed neckline, the Ivette Chain Neck Blouse carries a day of meetings and keeps going into dinner. It works under a jacket in the office and on its own with denim on the weekend.

The sleeves are the detail here: long, gathered at the cuff and fastened with a single button, so they hold their shape pushed back or worn down. The fabric is 100% polyester in a light to medium weight, unlined, with an invisible back zipper and a relaxed fit through the body. The same blouse is also made in berry and in black.

Wear it with the Janette Slim Cropped Pants, or layer the Alice Cut Out Knit over the top on cooler days. There is more to see in tops, long sleeve tops and shirts and blouses.
