How to measure

General

Bust Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your bust, without wearing a bra or anything padded.

Waist Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the narrowest part of your torso.

Hips Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the narrowest part of your torso.

Pants

Outseam Measurement: This is the length of the pants from the rise (where it sits on the waist), to the hem of the pants.

Inseam Measurement: This is the length of the pants from the crotch to the hem of the pants. This is generally the most accurate way of telling where the pants will sit on your legs (i.e. cropped, ankle length, etc.)

The Joanna Chiffon Blouse is a long sleeve chiffon blouse with a high ruffle mock neck, cut for work and for the evenings that follow it. It also comes in raisin and buff.

The chiffon is airy and semi-sheer with a graceful drape, and the blouse is lined. Made from 100% polyester, it has a relaxed fit through the body, full-length balloon sleeves and frill, shirred cuffs that hold the volume at the wrist. The adjustable tie-front keyhole opening lets you set the neckline where you like it. Wear it tucked with tailoring, or loose over a slim leg.
