How to measure

General

Bust Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your bust, without wearing a bra or anything padded.

Waist Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the narrowest part of your torso.

Hips Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the narrowest part of your torso.

Pants

Outseam Measurement: This is the length of the pants from the rise (where it sits on the waist), to the hem of the pants.

Inseam Measurement: This is the length of the pants from the crotch to the hem of the pants. This is generally the most accurate way of telling where the pants will sit on your legs (i.e. cropped, ankle length, etc.)

The Loretta Pleat Belted Top is a short sleeve top made for the working week, with an asymmetric pleated neckline and a matching belt that marks the waist. Wear it under a jacket in the office, then on its own for dinner afterwards.

The removable belt does the shaping, so you can keep the waist defined or leave the belt off and let the subtle peplum hem fall over the hip. The fit is structured and the cap sleeves sit neatly under a blazer. The style also comes in Latte Check if you want the softer check version.
