How to measure

General

Bust Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your bust, without wearing a bra or anything padded.

Waist Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the narrowest part of your torso.

Hips Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the narrowest part of your torso.

Pants

Outseam Measurement: This is the length of the pants from the rise (where it sits on the waist), to the hem of the pants.

Inseam Measurement: This is the length of the pants from the crotch to the hem of the pants. This is generally the most accurate way of telling where the pants will sit on your legs (i.e. cropped, ankle length, etc.)

The Melani Pencil Dress is a corporate classic with modern, minimal detailing: a knee length pencil dress with a square neckline and cap sleeves, made for office days, interviews and events that call for something tidy.

The silhouette is shaped with waist darts and finished with a front side slit and an invisible centre back zipper. The fabric is medium weight with slight stretch, and the dress is fully lined so it sits smoothly over the body. It wears well belted, or left plain.
