How to measure

General

Bust Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your bust, without wearing a bra or anything padded.

Waist Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the narrowest part of your torso.

Hips Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the narrowest part of your torso.

Pants

Outseam Measurement: This is the length of the pants from the rise (where it sits on the waist), to the hem of the pants.

Inseam Measurement: This is the length of the pants from the crotch to the hem of the pants. This is generally the most accurate way of telling where the pants will sit on your legs (i.e. cropped, ankle length, etc.)

A single breasted blazer with a peak lapel collar, the Mollie Linen Blend Blazer is tailoring for the office that still reads as relaxed on a weekend. It also comes in sand beige if you want the lighter option.

The drape comes from the blend: 67% viscose, 30% linen and 3% spandex, a medium to heavy weight fabric with slight stretch that holds a line without feeling stiff. One button at the front, a faux placket at each cuff and a back vent. Wear it buttoned over a shell, or open and pushed back at the sleeves.
