How to measure

General

Bust Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your bust, without wearing a bra or anything padded.

Waist Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the narrowest part of your torso.

Hips Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the narrowest part of your torso.

Pants

Outseam Measurement: This is the length of the pants from the rise (where it sits on the waist), to the hem of the pants.

Inseam Measurement: This is the length of the pants from the crotch to the hem of the pants. This is generally the most accurate way of telling where the pants will sit on your legs (i.e. cropped, ankle length, etc.)

A floral print blouse with long bell sleeves, the Rosy Bell Sleeve Blouse is the top to pull on when the office asks for something a little softer. It also comes in Cream Multi if you want the lighter version of the print.

The fabric is 98% Polyester, 2% Spandex, so it stays lightweight with a slight stretch through a long day. The sleeves gather into shirred cuffs, the stand collar is finished with ruffles, and the centre front buttons up — easy to tuck, and easy to layer a knit or a jacket over without losing the sleeve.
