How to measure

General

Bust Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your bust, without wearing a bra or anything padded.

Waist Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the narrowest part of your torso.

Hips Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the narrowest part of your torso.

Pants

Outseam Measurement: This is the length of the pants from the rise (where it sits on the waist), to the hem of the pants.

Inseam Measurement: This is the length of the pants from the crotch to the hem of the pants. This is generally the most accurate way of telling where the pants will sit on your legs (i.e. cropped, ankle length, etc.)

The Sloan V-Neck Cape Sweater is a short sleeve knit top with a soft V-neck and a cape line through the shoulder, cut for work days that start in a meeting and finish somewhere less formal. It also comes in taupe if you want the warmer neutral.

The hem is finished with side splits, so it sits cleanly over high-waisted trousers or a pencil skirt without bunching. A relaxed body and drop shoulder keep the shape loose, and the knit is lightweight with stretch, which makes it easy to layer under a jacket.
