How to measure

General

Bust Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your bust, without wearing a bra or anything padded.

Waist Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the narrowest part of your torso.

Hips Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the narrowest part of your torso.

Pants

Outseam Measurement: This is the length of the pants from the rise (where it sits on the waist), to the hem of the pants.

Inseam Measurement: This is the length of the pants from the crotch to the hem of the pants. This is generally the most accurate way of telling where the pants will sit on your legs (i.e. cropped, ankle length, etc.)

Teal Isle is the colour that lifts a plain suit. The Charlotte Pleated Sleeve Top is a long sleeve work top in a clear blue-green, cut to be the one piece people notice in a room of neutrals.

The sleeves are the point: balloon shaped, pleated for structure and closed with a single button at the cuff. Lightweight 100% polyester, lined, with a loose body that skims rather than clings. Wear it tucked for a sharper line, or out over a cropped pant. The same top comes in Navy if you want the quieter option.
