Beige is the lighter option in the Clarke Cotton Blended Coat, a trench coat style midi for milder days, a warmer office and weekends away from the suit.
It drapes rather than stands: a cotton blend with nylon and spandex, medium weight and fully lined, so the double breasted front and wide notch lapel hold their shape while the skirt of the coat moves. Sleeve loops let you push the long sleeves up, and the slant pockets are functional. Black is the other colour in the style if you want the darker one.
